@ChrisYonts I live in Germany right now, and even just waving a German flag is considered very patriotic. Besides the extreme right there aren’t many people here that I have met who would be openly proud of being German. People here tell me it has been pretty much like that since the second world war.

@kazirog13 Not true. Germany is still 81% ethnic German, besides the fact that many Turkish people here consider themselves more Germans than they do Turks. Not to mention they wasn’t really much German national pride before they came anyway.
