Well, looks like a self-portrait of a camera, but the pic was taken by a Sony DSC-P93. Maybe a description would have been helpful.

Why you have to know what’s up To answer your questions, where all the weird light come from:
This camera is lying on an "piped" flat screen. Well I broke that screen and than I removed the LCD Panel. So that now I only have the backlight panel. Very usefull for strange photographs
